What's included in the Knox Lock Package?

One Knox lock package contains: 1 Knox Lock, 1 Knox Lock ABS Plastic Storage System, 1 Set of Bolts to mount the carrier to your bike frame using the exising mounting holes if you so wish, 3 Keys to unlock your Knox Lock, 1 Set of Anti Scratch, rubber lined Anti-Slip straps for tooless mounting of your Knox Lock Storage System anywhere you like. Each individual Knox Lock comes with all of this included.

What is your return policy?

You can return your items within 30 days of the original shipment date.

They must be in original and un-opened condition.
In the original packaging, including any plastic covers, tags, or paperwork (varies by product).

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment center within 20 minutes of the order being completed. We can cancel an order at no charge if we are notified within 15 minutes of your order being placed. Please email us at hello@heavyloot.com between 9am-5pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) for immediate assistance. Emails can not guarantee order cancellations, as they are answered in the order they are received, however we will always do our best to help. Orders cannot be cancelled after this 15 minute window. Pre-orders and special orders cannot be cancelled as the funds have already been sent to the manufacturer to secure your items.
